Open-Air Concert With Chien Noir At Parc Monceau In The 8Th Arrondissement

On Saturday July 27th, artist Chien Noir opens the 8th arrondissement's festivities with a concert at 8pm in the Parc Monceau.

Jean Grillet, aka Chien Noir, who dreamed of working for NASA as a child, will be singing under the stars of the Parc Monceau for the first concert of the summer on July 27.
